Booked my airport transfer through GO Alpine kind of on a whim, it was way easier than I expected. The driver details showed up on time, and when we got outside the airport, finding the car wasn’t confusing at all.

We did have to wait maybe 10 minutes after landing, which made me go “ugh” for a second, but it really wasn’t a big deal. The car was clean, the ride to the hotel was smooth, and overall I’d give it 4 stars.

I canceled my order last week and that part went through smoothly. The refund did come through eventually, but it took a few days longer than I expected. I reached out to support in the meantime, and while they did respond, it felt a little slow. Overall, it worked out, just not as quickly as I hoped.

If this is true, then it’s disappointing. I reached out for a support and never got the reply back, which just makes the whole experience feel really frustrating.

The price isn’t bad, and I kind of assumed it would be a solid middle-of-the-road option. That’s pretty much what it feels like. It’s not too expensive, but some of the features seem a little basic for what you’re paying. Overall, it’s okay, just not something that really impressed me

I used GO Alpine for a ride last week, and overall it was fine. The driver arrived on time, which is one of the main things I expect from a ride service, and the car was clean enough, so that part was good.

That said, I was expecting a little more professionalism during the trip. The driver didn’t really say much, which isn’t a huge deal, but he was also on a phone call for part of the ride. He wasn’t rude or anything, it just made the experience feel a bit less polished than I thought it would be.

In the end, he got me where I needed to go without any problems, so I can’t complain too much. I just think if you’re paying for a ride service, it’s fair to expect the driver to be a little more polite and focused

The car was really clean inside, which I loved!!! The seats were comfy too, and the whole ride just felt easy and not cramped at all!!! I was happy with everything and would definitely use it again!!!

I used GO Alpine for my trip and was kinda nervous about sending my luggage ahead, but it actually went smooth. They picked the bags up on time and when I got them back, nothing was damaged or messed up.

The tracking was easy enough to follow too. It wasn’t like perfect perfect, but I still knew where my stuff was most the time. I’d use them again for sure.

My biggest problem with goalpine.com was the communication. The replies I got were confusing and kind of hard to follow, so I had to reread them a few times just to figure out what they were trying to say. It didn’t really feel like a real person was answering my questions, more like a robot sending vague email replies that didn’t actually address what I asked. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me it was frustrating and I wouldn’t use them again...

I tried goalpine.com once, and the whole timing thing kind of threw me off. They gave me a date, so I figured okay, that’s when it’ll be done, but then it ended up coming late and I found myself checking back more than I wanted to. Not like everything was a disaster or anything, but it just made me feel like I couldn’t fully rely on them. Maybe it was just my order, maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me the punctuality was disappointing.

I felt unsafe the whole ride. The driver was rough, rushing around, and it just made me really uncomfortable. Not something I’d want to experince again.
